Why aren’t my alerts working?

To receive alerts correctly, the following requirements must be met:

• Alerts must be enabled in the App.
• Your phone settings must allow the App to correctly receive your motorbike’s position and send alerts.

Here are some examples of how to configure your phone depending on your model or operating system:

iPhone - Samsung - Huawei – Xiaomi

• The vehicle must be in a location with good internet coverage.

• It is advisable to have more than 10% battery.

• The vehicle must have been stationary for at least 7 minutes since the last alert received.

• And your phone must have internet access to receive alerts in the app.
