Why aren’t my alerts working?

To receive alerts properly, the following requirements must be met: 

• Alerts must be enabled in the app. 

• The phone settings must allow the app to correctly receive the motorbike's location and send alerts. Here are some examples of how to configure your phone depending on the model or operating system: iPhone – Samsung – Huawei – Xiaomi

• The vehicle must be in an area with good internet coverage. 

• It is advisable to have at least 10% battery. 

• The vehicle must have been stationary for at least 7 minutes since the last alert received. 

• And your phone must have internet access to receive alerts in the app.
