Why aren’t my alerts working?

To receive alerts properly, the following requirements must be met:

• Alerts must be enabled in the app.

The phone settings must allow the app to correctly receive the motorbike’s location and send alerts:

• The vehicle must be in an area with good internet coverage.

• It is advisable to have at least 10% battery.

• The vehicle must have been stationary for at least 7 minutes since the last alert received.

• And your phone must have internet access to receive alerts in the app.
