How can I cancel my subscription?

The Mapit service subscription is annual, and no refund is provided for unused time. If you sell your vehicle, by transferring it to the new buyer, the remaining days are preserved so they can be applied to your next vehicle with Mapit.

⚠️ Important: If you cancel the renewal and your subscription has been expired for more than 180 days, the Mapit device is permanently deactivated. To use it again, you will need to purchase and install a new device (price: 189.95 €). If you think you may resume the service, we recommend reactivating your subscription before reaching that deadline.

To cancel the automatic renewal, follow these steps:

1. Tap the motorbike icon in the bottom menu.
2. Go to “Subscription”.
3. Select “Cancel renewal” and confirm the reason.
