Why isn’t my location being detected?

Bear in mind that if your motorbike is in an area with no GPS coverage, such as underground car parks, tunnels, mountains and/or roads with poor coverage, the location point may not be recognised correctly — in other words, the weaker the signal, the less accurate the location will be.

Don’t worry though! It will resolve itself as soon as your motorbike is back in an area with good GPS coverage.
