What types of alerts are there?

• Movement alert: If we detect movement on your motorbike, you’ll receive a notification on your phone.

• Fallen motorbike alert: Receive a notification if your motorbike falls over while parked.

• Ignition-on alert: Receive a notification if your motorbike’s ignition stays on with the engine off. (Available only for M30X model devices not connected to the motorbike’s battery. Don’t see this alert in your app?)

• Safety zones: Receive a notification when your motorbike enters or leaves one of your safety zones.

ℹ️ In the app you choose which alerts you want to activate, but you won’t find a log of the ones you’ve already received: each alert arrives as a notification on your phone at the moment of the event (see Can I view the history of alerts received in the app?).
