I just activated Mapit, but the position isn’t updating. What could be the issue?

If the signal isn’t detected after 15 minutes, one of the following issues may have occurred:

• The route was short or you were going too fast … please try again, this time cover more distance and at a lower speed.
• You’re in an area with no GPS coverage, for example: an underground car park or an isolated area. Move to find an area with GPS coverage.
